XL applications and extensions
We add windows, reports, buttons, and actions that support users in a specific process.
We build additional modules, integrations, and automation beyond standard Comarch ERP XL capabilities for companies operating in Poland. They extend the system to support company-specific processes and connect it with applications and devices used in operations, logistics, IT, and finance.
Astrafox is a Comarch Authorized Integrator and has been a Comarch partner since 2003. Our consultants hold current Comarch certifications. We build additional modules, integrations, and automation that operate in client environments—from sales and finance to warehouse operations, logistics, and data exchange with partners.
If an external application or device provides or receives data, we integrate it with Comarch ERP XL. When a process requires additional handling within the system, we build the appropriate extension or automation.
We add windows, reports, buttons, and actions that support users in a specific process.
We connect the ERP system with WMS, e-commerce, B2B systems, driver applications, trading partner platforms, and other company systems.
We incorporate data collection terminals and information screens used by warehouse employees into the process.
The solutions cover logistics and warehouse operations, sales, finance, e-commerce, and data exchange with partners and external systems.
Warehouse work planning, data collection terminals, packaging, labels, and shipment preparation control.

Read more →We add reports, data checks, reminders, blocks, and buttons that initiate subsequent process steps.
Read more →The solution depends on the role of KSeF (Poland's National e-Invoicing System) in the complete process: a technical connection to the financial system or a broader document workflow covering approval and user tasks.
Astrafox's ready-made component connects KSeF with any ERP or accounting system. It handles communication, validation, statuses, official acknowledgments of receipt (UPOs), and document exchange.

We organize the flow of information and documents in ERP XL—from KSeF, ECOD, and sales to warehouse operations, customer communication, and accounting. Processes perform repetitive operations according to company rules and route documents to subsequent stages.
Our applications reduce manual tasks, accelerate users' work, and increase control over business processes.
Processes are a Comarch ERP XL system feature created by the vendor. They manage the flow of information and documents: they recognize conditions, perform scheduled operations, and route a case to the next step.
Astrafox analyzes the workflow and implements the process in ERP XL to match the documents, rules, and exceptions in the organization.
Process automation in Comarch ERP XL →A detailed description of process features is available in the Comarch ERP XL documentation.
Open the vendor documentation →The process sends domestic and international sales documents and corrections to KSeF. Based on defined conditions, it omits documents that should not be sent and retrieves UPOs for submitted documents.
Supporting information: KSeF in ERP XL →The process exports documents to ECOD in various formats, including INVOICE, ORDER, and DESADV. This makes commercial data exchange part of the defined workflow rather than a separate manual task.
ECOD and EDI in ERP XL →From confirmed sales orders (ZS), the process generates a commercial or warehouse document, depending on the selected path. It automatically confirms documents and links warehouse release documents (WZ) with (S)FS documents.
The process automatically sends invoices and reports to customers. The document is created, passes through the appropriate stage, and reaches the recipient without each message being prepared separately.
The process changes the series or customer, adds descriptions and attributes, and performs other repetitive operations before the document moves to further processing.
The process handles batch posting and recalculates BST, the inventory balance. Repetitive operations cover an entire prepared batch instead of individual documents.
We do not start with a ready-made module. We define the process flow, documents, conditions, exceptions, required data, and the applications and devices involved in the information exchange.
We define tasks, user roles, input documents, and points where manual work occurs today.
We describe rules, exceptions, and data and define what information each system or device provides and receives.
We build ERP XL features, an application, an integration, or an automated process and test standard paths, errors, and situations that require a document to be stopped.
We adapt the solution to the operating configuration, launch it in the company's environment, and develop it as documents and working rules change.
The examples show two-way data exchange in B2B sales and automated classification of purchase invoices retrieved from KSeF.

Supporting description of the features used in the implementation →
We build applications and interface extensions for Comarch ERP XL, automate selected processes, and integrate the ERP system with external applications and devices. We tailor the scope to the company’s processes and technology environment.
Yes. If an external application or device provides or receives data, we connect it to Comarch ERP XL and define the scope and direction of the information exchange.
Orders enter the system through our WebAPI, EDI connectors, FTP servers, or email attachments. The mechanism identifies counterparties and items, creates sales documents, and routes them for further processing according to defined rules.
Yes. Our solution validates and modifies data sent to KSeF while preserving the required file structure. It also adds information needed to identify the document or process it on the recipient’s side.
Comarch ERP XL is the vendor’s system. We build applications, extensions, integrations, and automation that supplement its operation in specific client processes.
We define the data, conditions, and accountability within the process, then connect ERP XL features with the application, device, or external system through the appropriate integration.
Our implementations include KSeF and official acknowledgment of receipt (UPO) handling, ECOD exports, creation and linking of sales and warehouse documents, distribution of invoices and reports, buffer operations, batch posting, and inventory balance recalculation.
Yes. Processes we have implemented send domestic and international sales documents and corrections to KSeF, omit documents that meet defined conditions, and retrieve UPOs for submitted documents.
The implemented processes export documents in formats including INVOICE, ORDER, and DESADV.
We start with the workflow, documents, conditions, and exceptions. We then define automated operations, design the process, test it against real scenarios, and launch it in the company’s environment.
Describe the documents, sequence of tasks, exceptions, systems and devices used, and the data that should flow between them. We will select an additional module, integration, or automation for Comarch ERP XL.
