Human approval, change history, and permissions are built into the process. We run AI in EU regions, and the models are not trained on client data. This ensures compliance with the GDPR and the EU AI Act.
Przemysław Sołdacki, Vice President and one of Astrafox's owners, holds a PhD in artificial intelligence and has worked with AI since 2009.
When a project covers several areas, we place the process, AI, Data & BI, integrations, ERP, and cloud under one contract. The client does not have to divide accountability among providers.
We understand Polish requirements, including KSeF, e-Delivery (e-Doręczenia, Poland's electronic registered mail), HR, and local law. We connect processes and KSeF with ERP systems from different vendors. In BI, we work with Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, Tableau, Snowflake, Alteryx, Databricks, and Qlik. For ERP, we have been a Comarch partner since 2003.
After launch, we develop and maintain the solution. We cover the application, integrations, and infrastructure under one SLA, so each request immediately reaches the team responsible for the whole environment.

2019–2026
Since 2019, we have supported additional areas at Rossmann: a purchase invoice workflow integrated with ERP, electronic personnel files, mailroom and correspondence, occupational health and safety processes, and whistleblower reports. The solutions connect with HR systems, electronic signature services, and shipping services; since 2025, they have also incorporated AI. Ongoing maintenance and support accompanies the development of each new process.
2023–2026
At LPP, we implemented electronic personnel files integrated with SAP HR, HR task management, and high-volume document signing. We continue to expand the HR processes, while performance and security tests provide stability at scale. We provide ongoing maintenance and support.
2016–2026
Since 2016, we have developed a custom platform for this company. It supports electronic personnel files integrated with HR systems, customer complaint management, and lease contract workflows. BI reports monitor service operations, and users sign in once through the company directory. We provide support and warranty services.
2025
At Allianz Życie Polska, we implemented KSeF invoice handling integrated with SAP and corporate single sign-on. The project covered a complete set of tests, user training, and infrastructure prepared for secure operation of the solution.
2022–2026
At Weco-Travel, we support purchase invoice and contract workflows and contractor price lists integrated with ERP and CRM, as well as KSeF Connector and electronic signatures. We continuously improve document data recognition and have expanded the solution since 2022.
