AI in AMODIT
AI prepares the output. A person approves it.
AI features are available directly in AMODIT processes. We select them for the task, configure them for the organization, and restrict access according to roles and permissions. AI prepares a suggestion, analysis, or draft, and the process sends the output to the appropriate person.
AI agent
Performs process tasks that require interpreting documents and information, and sends the output to the person assigned to that stage.
AskAI and agent rules
Ready-made AI features available in AMODIT processes and configured for the task and the organization’s rules.
Model Context Protocol (MCP)
Connects a selected AI tool to AMODIT data and workflows, while configuration and permissions control access.

AMODIT forms the foundation of the solution, and Astrafox is responsible for launching the process in the organization’s real environment: integrations, data, AI, infrastructure, and further development.
When a case starts outside the organization, AMODIT Forms Portal gives a customer, candidate, or supplier a public form in the company’s brand and sends the submission directly to an AMODIT process.

Security and compliance
A platform for regulated organizations
As the developer, we are responsible for AMODIT security from design through ongoing fixes. We apply the security-by-design principle to every system component, which is why AMODIT is also used by clients in the financial and insurance sectors.
KNF requirements
AMODIT meets the requirements of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (KNF) for information security, data storage, and process auditability. We incorporate regulatory changes into subsequent system updates.
National Bank of Poland register
AMODIT is listed in the register of nonqualified trust service providers maintained by the National Bank of Poland (NBP).
Cloud on Microsoft Azure

Encryption and multifactor authentication
Data is encrypted and cannot be accessed even by administrators. Multifactor authentication (MFA) protects sign-in, while user roles determine permissions.
Code checks before deployment
We analyze AMODIT code with SonarCloud to identify vulnerabilities before a change reaches clients.
Audits, penetration tests, and rapid fixes
We regularly conduct audits and penetration tests, manage vulnerabilities, and deploy fixes (hotfixes) without delay. ISO/IEC 27001 certification confirms our information security practices.

Regulatory changes at no extra charge
We have full control over AMODIT development, so we respond quickly to requests and legal changes, such as the introduction of KSeF. Adapting the system does not create additional costs for the client, and clients influence the product roadmap.

Who develops AMODIT?
Astrafox is AMODIT’s developer and implementation partner. We develop the platform, implement it, integrate it with client systems, maintain it, and adapt it to regulatory changes. The client has one partner from product through support.
Where does AMODIT run?
AMODIT runs in the Astrafox cloud, on the client’s server, or in the client’s cloud environment. We select the option based on the organization’s infrastructure, security, and accountability requirements.
Will AMODIT integrate with our ERP?
We integrate AMODIT with any ERP system. Existing solutions connect it with systems including SAP, Symfonia, enova365, Comarch ERP XL, Comarch ERP Optima, and TETA. Process analysis determines the exact data-exchange method.
