Cloud under control—from migration to maintenance

We specialize in Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and AWS. We migrate entire environments to the cloud, build new ones, and organize accounts, subscriptions, policies, and permissions. We administer servers, monitor environments 24/7, respond to outages, secure the infrastructure, and optimize costs. We also deploy AI in the cloud with data processed in the European Union.

Describe your challenge
Situations in IT

Named people own the environment, and an outage response plan is in place

See how work changes when the cloud infrastructure is organized.

Before

An IT manager checks alerts in several consoles and risks discovering an outage too late.

After

The environment is monitored 24/7, and a detected outage triggers the response and administration process.

24/7 monitoring and maintenance

Before

An IT director sees the cloud bill rising but cannot identify the services and decisions driving the cost.

After

Cloud costs are monitored and managed, and every change to the environment has a named owner.

Cloud cost management

Before

An administrator grants access separately in each project, making it easy to leave permissions too broad.

After

Accounts, subscriptions, policies, and access form a shared foundation for subsequent environments.

Cloud foundation

Before

A system owner does not know which backup will be used or how the environment will be restored after an outage.

After

Backups run automatically, and restoration of the environment from backup is tested.

Backup and recovery

Before

A security specialist compares settings manually and cannot be sure that fixes cover the entire environment.

After

The configuration is reviewed, fixes are deployed, and firewalls and regular penetration tests protect the environment.

Cloud security

Before

A project manager coordinates infrastructure, applications, data, and integrations separately, increasing the risk of overlooking dependencies.

After

Infrastructure specialists, developers, and the data team work with a shared architecture and division of responsibilities.

Services available

Six services that build complete cloud support

Order each service separately or combine them into ongoing environment support. You always know what the engagement delivers.

Cloud environment audit

We review the configuration, access, security, backups, and costs of an operating environment.

You receive: a report listing risks, fixes, and savings opportunities, plus an action plan.

Environment migration and build

We migrate entire environments to the cloud or build new ones: accounts, subscriptions, networks, policies, and access.

You receive: a working, tested environment with documentation and a cutover that preserves the data.

Cloud security

Configuration reviews, remediation, firewalls, a web application firewall (WAF), encryption, and penetration testing.

You receive: an environment ready for a security audit, managed within an ISO/IEC 27001-compliant system.

Security and regulatory compliance →

AI in the EU cloud

We deploy AI models on Azure, Google Cloud (Vertex AI), and AWS in European Union regions and connect them to company data and systems.

You receive: a dedicated AI environment: data remains in the EU, and the models are not trained on client data.

Costs, licenses, and subscriptions

We analyze the cloud bill, align resources with measured usage, and sell cloud licenses and subscriptions.

You receive: a lower, predictable bill and clear accountability for costs.

Monitoring with AI agents

Cloud Command Center explains what is happening in the cloud

Three specialized agents check metrics every 15 minutes, track service health, and analyze slow MySQL queries overnight. Instead of a flood of alerts, the team receives one clear card in Microsoft Teams with the cause and recommended action. We deliver Cloud Command Center as part of our support for an Azure, Google Cloud, or AWS environment.

Platforms

Azure, Google Cloud, and AWS specialists

We specialize in Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, including Vertex AI, and Amazon Web Services. We design, build, and maintain production environments on these platforms, including systems that clients rely on in their daily work. We select the platform to fit the company's environment and objective, not a single vendor.

Controlled AI environment

We have experience deploying AI solutions on Azure, Google Cloud, and AWS. We have 100% control over where data is processed: the data and models run in European Union regions, and the models are not trained on client data. This ensures compliance with the GDPR and the EU AI Act. As in all our AI solutions, a person approves the output.

Shared architecture

Cloud connected to company data, AI, and systems

The infrastructure team works with developers and the data team. As a result, the environment accounts for applications, integrations, data, and how they will be maintained.

We also deploy Astrafox products in the Astrafox cloud, the company's infrastructure, or the client's cloud: AMODIT, KSeF Connector for KSeF (Poland's National e-Invoicing System), and DataFlow.

Engagement approach

Scope and accountability come first

We use the same approach for migrations, new environment builds, and taking over administration from another provider.

01

Environment and objective

We establish the resources, dependencies, requirements, and objective of the change.

02

Architecture and roles

We define the platform, access, policies, and division of responsibilities.

03

Migration or build

We configure the environment, migrate the resources in scope, and verify operation.

04

Administration and development

We monitor, respond to outages, administer, and develop the environment.

Implementation example

Secure infrastructure for a client's business system

Cloud & InfrastructureITMicrosoft Azure

Sample implementation

Highly available Microsoft Azure environment

Business challenge
The client provides a business system to its users. It needs infrastructure that operates without interruption, protects data, and meets security audit requirements.
Solution
We designed and maintain an environment in a European Microsoft Azure region, supporting GDPR compliance. The database operates in a highly available configuration across availability zones, and backups are geo-replicated. The environment also includes file versioning, data encryption, a web application firewall (WAF), and continuous monitoring. We manage the infrastructure within an ISO/IEC 27001-compliant security system.
Business outcome
The client uses the system through a browser and does not need its own servers. Our maintenance team provides updates, backups, and scaling. The environment undergoes penetration tests and backup restoration tests every year.

Architecture options

We match the architecture to the required availability and budget

The same application can run on one server, in a redundant configuration, or in a private high-availability solution. Each option has a different recovery point objective (RPO), recovery time objective (RTO), availability level, and cost. We present the options to the client before the decision.

Comparison of three Microsoft Azure application deployment options: a single server (24-hour RPO, 2-hour RTO, 98% SLA), a redundant solution in two availability zones (5-minute RPO, 15-minute RTO, 99.5% SLA), and a private high-availability solution with separate service servers (99.9% SLA)

Scope and pricing

What determines the scope and cost

Pricing starts with the environment, operational accountability, and the organization's requirements.

Environment scale

The number of accounts, subscriptions, servers, services, applications, and dependencies.

Migration or build scope

Resource types, data, integrations, and the transition method for the new environment.

Security

Policies, access, firewalls, configuration reviews, and the scope of penetration testing.

Maintenance and administration

Monitored layers, outage response scope, and administrative accountability.

Backup and recovery

Protected resources, backup storage method, and disaster recovery scope.

Licenses and subscriptions

The selected platform, cloud services, and licensing model.
