An employee updates products and inventory on the B2B platform independently of the data maintained in ERP.
Comarch ERP XL supplies the platform with current commercial data on the defined schedule.
We connect Comarch ERP XL with an online store, eHurtownia, or another B2B platform. Products, prices, inventory, and customer data move to the sales channel, while orders and their statuses return to ERP without manual re-entry.
The eCommerce platform needs current products, prices, availability, and customer terms. ERP needs orders from the online channel and the information required for further processing. Without a connection, teams move data between systems and separately inform recipients about successive delivery stages.
An employee updates products and inventory on the B2B platform independently of the data maintained in ERP.
Comarch ERP XL supplies the platform with current commercial data on the defined schedule.
The team registers in ERP again an order that a customer placed in eHurtownia.
The order from the B2B platform is registered in Comarch ERP XL and sent for fulfillment.
The platform waits for a manual confirmation of what is happening with the order.
An event queue sends successive statuses: acceptance, fulfillment, shipping, and completed delivery.
We build integrations between Comarch ERP XL and eCommerce platforms, online stores, and B2B systems. The scope follows the commercial process: from publishing the product offering to handling orders, sales documents, and delivery information.
We publish product data and descriptions, general price lists, and individual terms assigned to B2B customers. The platform uses information maintained in ERP XL.
We send prices and available inventory so that the sales channel presents data from the central system.
We synchronize customers, their terms, and orders. A document submitted in the store or eHurtownia enters ERP XL and proceeds through fulfillment.
We send information about order acceptance, the start of fulfillment, shipping, and completed delivery back to the platform.
We make sales documents, including invoices and corrections, available to the customer without creating a separate manual delivery channel.
We define which data is authoritative in ERP, which originates on the platform, and how updates, confirmations, and exchange errors are handled.
The project supplies the B2B platform with commercial data from Comarch ERP XL, registers eHurtownia orders in ERP, and communicates fulfillment progress back to the platform.
Mateus
The architecture implemented at Mateus separates the export of individual data areas from order and status handling. This allows a selected module to be started or updated independently.
Custom T-SQL procedures prepare separate data sets and save them in CSV files.
PowerShell scripts send the files to the exchange server and archive the exported data.
An order placed in eHurtownia is registered in Comarch ERP XL and moves through fulfillment.
Changes are recorded in an event queue, and confirmations return to the B2B system.
The integration organizes sales when Comarch ERP XL is the primary source of commercial data and customers place orders in an external store, eHurtownia, or B2B platform.

Yes. The integration publishes general price lists or individual commercial terms assigned to a customer. Comarch ERP XL remains the data source.
Yes. In the Mateus project, orders from the eHurtownia platform are registered in Comarch ERP XL, and a separate mechanism tracks their status and sends successive fulfillment confirmations to the platform.
The mechanism detects a status change in ERP XL, records the event in a queue, and sends a confirmation to the platform. eHurtownia receives information when the order is accepted, fulfillment begins, the order ships, and delivery is completed.
Yes. In the Mateus solution, separate modules handle selected data exports. This allows, for example, product, price, or inventory exports to be started or updated independently.
