Unified task list for multiple systems

A user manages and organizes tasks from multiple applications without checking each system separately.

Challenge: tasks scattered across applications

Users worked in several systems, each with its own task list. Reviewing the complete workload and setting priorities required moving between applications.

Solution: one task view from multiple sources

Astrafox built an application that integrates tasks from different IT systems. Each section presents tasks from one source, while cases are grouped into categories or displayed in one shared list.

Outcome: priorities visible on one screen

Users see all tasks assigned to them in one place, making higher-priority cases easier to identify and work easier to plan. According to the published solution description, approximately 8,000 users used the application.
