Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)

Definition

ERP, or Enterprise Resource Planning, is a system that supports the management of an enterprise’s resources and processes. It connects data used in finance, sales, purchasing, warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, and other areas, so individual departments work with related records. The range of modules depends on the product and the organization’s needs. An ERP system is often the source system for accounting documents, master data, orders, and inventory levels, but it also integrates with CRM, workflow, KSeF (Poland’s National e-Invoicing System), banks, and reporting solutions. Astrafox implements and develops Comarch ERP XL and Comarch ERP Optima and integrates processes with other ERP systems. Explore Astrafox’s ERP services.
