e-Delivery (e-Doręczenia, Poland’s electronic registered mail) is a service that enables the secure electronic exchange of correspondence with proof of dispatch and receipt for companies operating in Poland. Having an electronic delivery address alone does not complete the process within an organization. The company must define who receives a message, how it is classified, where attachments go, who is responsible for the deadline, and how the correspondence connects to a case or document in the system. An integration transfers the delivery to a workflow, records its status, and creates a task for the appropriate role.
