Comarch ERP Optima is an ERP system that supports finance and accounting, HR and payroll, sales, and warehouse processes for companies operating in Poland. The modules and configuration used depend on the organization. The system exchanges data with document workflows, banking systems, KSeF (Poland’s National e-Invoicing System), e-commerce, and reporting tools, so users do not have to transfer information manually between separate tools. An implementation must address the chart of accounts, master records, permissions, data migration, integrations, and ongoing maintenance. Astrafox implements and develops Comarch ERP Optima.
