Marcin Banaszak

For over two decades, he successfully led sales in both the domestic and international markets, in both the B2C and B2B sectors. After several years of gaining international managerial experience, he returned to Poland, aligning his career with the financial sector. He managed sales groups, was responsible for implementing sales strategies, and also created and introduced marketing strategies.

The advancement of technology directed him towards online marketing and sales. He utilized his sales skills to create “sales marketing”, which allowed him to delve into the strategies of “big players” such as Facebook, Google, Microsoft, and LinkedIn.

His approach to sales and marketing management is based on a simple message: “Don’t sell! Ask, explain, help. Let the customer decide to buy.” He graduated from the Faculty of Managerial Economics and holds numerous certificates and diplomas confirming his competencies in sales and marketing. In his free time, he is an avid enthusiast of a good book, running, strength sports, and cycling.
